Terms of Service

Welcome to the Lynsee AI application and related services (the "Service"). The Service is provided by Xiyue Intelligence Technology ("we", "us"). Please read the following terms carefully before using it.

1. Scope of Service

Lynsee AI provides the following services:

AI-powered analysis of badminton match videos
Analysis report generation and management
Training-data statistics and trend tracking
Interactive features such as check-ins and achievements

2. Account Registration

You must register with a valid phone number
You should keep your account information secure and must not transfer or lend it
Losses caused by improper account management are your own responsibility

3. User Conduct

When using the Service, you must not:

Upload video that infringes others' privacy or likeness rights
Upload content that violates laws or regulations
Use technical means to interfere with or disrupt the Service
Steal or misuse another person's account in any way
Use the Service for any commercial purpose (personal analysis excepted)

4. Intellectual Property

All technology, interfaces, designs, and trademarks of the Lynsee AI app are protected by IP law
The analysis capability of the AI models is provided by us, and the underlying algorithms are protected
You retain copyright of the video content you upload
You are free to use and share the AI-generated analysis reports

5. Service Changes & Interruptions

We may adjust the content and features of the Service as our business requires
The Service may be temporarily interrupted due to server maintenance, system upgrades, etc.
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure

6. Disclaimer

AI analysis results are for reference only and do not constitute professional training guidance
Accuracy is affected by factors such as video quality and camera angle
For upload failures or analysis delays caused by network conditions, we will do our best to improve but make no guarantee

7. Membership & Paid Services

Some advanced features may require payment
The exact price and content of paid services are as displayed in the app
Purchased services can be used normally within their validity period

8. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion at any time via "Settings → Account Management → Delete Account" in the app. After deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days and cannot be recovered.

9. Amendments

We may amend these terms. The amended terms will be published in the app, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

The formation, performance, and dispute resolution of these terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of a dispute, the parties should resolve it amicably; if that fails, it shall be submitted to a competent People's Court in our place of domicile.
